Design & Build Services

In DATALINK’S Datacenter project management, effective management techniques are applied to the planning, design, and construction of the project from inception to completion so that time, cost, and quality are controlled. In this specific service area the contractor management, delivery coordination, rigging coordination, equipment installation, equipment commissioning, and equipment servicing are included.

Our team works with a comprehensive group of suppliers to determine the best design and space planning for a system in order to meet customer requirements for reliability and redundancy of their overall infrastructure. The objective is to build the data center infrastructure within the time and budget of our clients.

Maintenance Service Plan

We do offer the standard and customised service plan to fulfil the need of our clients.

Every client and contract is different and bespoke. Even though we have Standard and customized Service plans that we can offer each of our new customer’s, we identify the client’s specific needs and wants, which are subsequently detailed in any service plan/contract.

7×24 Emergency Response Services

With the help of OEM certified experts, we provide emergency services to both our SLA and non-SLA clients throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on a 24/7 basis. Clients we serve include Telecoms, Banks, Hospitals, Universities, the Oil & Gas sector, Industries, and Government offices and Ministries.

A team of technical experts is always ready to respond to emergency situations. Upon reporting a problem to the Service Department, a service coordinator issues a ticket number to the client as a reference. An emergency team is immediately dispatched to deal with the issue, and customers are kept informed at each step until the job is completed.

Pre- and post-maintenance checks are done for equipment efficiency and performance. As part of the evaluation, team of experts note down the parameters, evaluate the health state of the equipment, and take/recommend necessary action.
